think think think think about practical! that's what i always worried about,next week is my last day for kitchen then i need to be more focus on ACC, BEVERAGE and CT! haisssssh by next week jugak i need to go to the clinic for thypod injection.i hate that! so the reason i create this entry because,i would like to say THANK YOU mama sebab belikan a new important book before i go practical and sape-sape yang pinjam buku cooking i yg hilang before this,please la bagi blk coz that book is so damn tootttt** expensive! anyway,thanx again mama,ily <3

week 9

Today we cooked West Asia & African Cuisine! it's difficult but kinda fun when we learning something new in the recipes! a bit messy without ain today :(

1st recipe: Khobz,an Arabic word for bread but usually used by non-arabic speakers.Is a large type of flat bread.The dough is rolled out like a pizza dough.

2nd recipe: Couscous,is a typical Berber dish that has become popular in many countries (taksedap) couscous granules are made by rolling and shaping moistened semolina wheat and the coating them with finely ground wheat flour.

3rd recipe: Bamia,is like a curry.there's a tomato paste,lamb,chicken served with ta'leya or garlic sauce :)

4th recipe: Irio,it's a salad that combine with mash potato.

A day in Genting

HAPPY,that's the feeling now! Me,ecar,grandma and mama just came down from Genting! visited my 2nd sister there. stayed in angah's room. Angah and Abang Aaron treated us sea food for dinner, the chili crabs and butter prawns were delicious yummyy. At night we watched her performed her stuff at SAFARI! Well , you did a great job,cool performance,love that husky voice and you moved so swiftly with the music. Must say that you've improved so much angah! owh hey,there's a surprise birthday celebration given by angah and her band boys! yummy BR ice cream cake! cookies and creaaaaaaaaam,my favorite! I had a wonderful night.
