Today we cooked West Asia & African Cuisine! it's difficult but kinda fun when we learning something new in the recipes! a bit messy without ain today :(
1st recipe: Khobz,an Arabic word for bread but usually used by non-arabic speakers.Is a large type of flat bread.The dough is rolled out like a pizza dough.
2nd recipe: Couscous,is a typical Berber dish that has become popular in many countries (taksedap) couscous granules are made by rolling and shaping moistened semolina wheat and the coating them with finely ground wheat flour.
3rd recipe: Bamia,is like a curry.there's a tomato paste,lamb,chicken served with ta'leya or garlic sauce :)
4th recipe: Irio,it's a salad that combine with mash potato.
